The Ms. America Pageant Inc. owned by Susan Jeske Irvine was thrilled to be able to donate to the San Bernardino High School and the Miss/Mr. Cardinal City Pageant the titles Miss International Beauty® 2020 and Teen International Beauty® 2020. Miss and Mr. Cardinal City and their courts will represent Cardinal City, which is an official chartered city that encompasses the SBHS campus and all its current students and staff, at various in-person and virtual functions. The free pageant to enter was held on Saturday, September 25th at the Sturges Center for the Performing Arts when 17 students from San Bernardino High School competed for the titles of Miss and Mr. Cardinal City 2021-22, Miss International Beauty® 2021 and Teen International Beauty® 2021. The pageant competition was based on Interview, on-stage introduction, sportswear, and evening gown. Seniors Jamie Villalobos and Abdel Hussein were crowned Miss and Mr. Cardinal City. Trinity Ortega was crowned Miss International Beauty® 2021 and Ashley Torrez was crowned Teen International Beauty® 2021. They each received a crown, sash, flowers, scholarship and will be part of the Miss Cardinal City court. Dalva Ricos, Miss International Beauty® 2020 was there to give a farewell speech, walk and crown the winners of the pageant. Jamie Rios has been the director for the Miss Cardinal City Pageant for over 17 years. “I was thrilled to be able to add two more prestigious titles to the program. Every year the pageant brings so much to me. To see these kids, that come from an inner-city, that we can showcase the best of them – great GPA’s, great personalities, their motivation to do big and better things,” Rios reflected. “These are our future leaders, one day they will be city council members, mayors, doctors… the possibilities are endless. MISS INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY 2020 - DALVA RICO
Dalva Rico representing Miss Fraternity Sinaloense of California was crowned Miss International Beauty® 2020 on February 24, 2020 in Mazatlán, Mexico at the historic Club 30, 60, 90. The 22-year-old beauty is from San Fernando Valley, California and is currently a student at Mission College studying to become a Veterinarian. She currently works at a Veterinarian Clinic in Los Angeles and is a technician assistant to the doctor. Dalva Rico has been dancing since the age of 12 and has performed with Cesar Chavez Dance Company at many events in Southern California. When she travels to Culiacan, Mexico she enjoys volunteering at the Laika Foundation. |

Miss International Beauty® 2019 - Janice Jimenez Janice Jimenez representing Miss Teen Washington Latino USA was crowned Miss International Beauty 2019 on March 4, 2019 at the International Lions Club in Mazatlan, Mexico. The pageant had a double crowning this year where first place winner Es Yulssa Sanchez representing Fraternidad Sinaloense De California 2019 was crowned Reina International Del Pacifico 2019. 11 Ambassadors from Mexico, USA and some other countries of Latin America competed in national costume, on-stage presentation and evening gown. First Princess: Reina del Foklor Mexico 2019 - Stephania Gomez Second Princess: USA International 2019 - Sarah Garmon Best National Costume: Fraternidad Sinaloense De CA 2019 - Suhaely Sanchez Queen of Friendship: Reina Mexico del Pacifico 2019 - Diane Gonzalez Reina Internacional del Pacifico is a Mazatlán, Mexico international beauty pageant organized by The Municipal Institute for Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlán. From 1990-2019 Esteban Peraza Ramos is the director of the pageant appointed by the Director general at Instituto de Cultura Mazatlan. Delegates attend official events which serves as a platform for visiting queens to learn about the people, history and culture of Mazatlán. Delegates not only learn by viewing but they also participate in historic events and become part of history themselves. In 2019, Miss International Beauty 2019 was crowned in order to honor the memory of Louise Madlin who help establish the USA Ambassadors to attend Mazatlan for over 40 years. |

Miss International Beauty® 2018 Crowned! Newport Beach, California – September 5, 2018 – Jacqueline Dang was crowned USA International® 2018 at the national pageant held Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Campus Jax in Newport Beach, California. The pageant was free to enter and the winner received a $200.00 cash scholarship, crown, sash, trophy, and a crystal necklace. All contestants received a beautiful crown key chain, crystal bracelet and a skin care set from New Beginnings. Contestants competed in 3 categories which included interview, evening gown and on-stage question. Miss International Beauty® 2018 – Jacqueline Dang walked across the stage to accept her crown which marked their first steps on a journey representing women 18 – 30 years of age who are single, classy, confident and elegant. She studied at California State Long Beach University and was on the Dean’s List with a 3.8 GPA. She loved to travel, work out and is a freelance model. She acquired a good reputation as a up-and-coming model after winning in a number of beauty contests such as Miss Vietnam Global 2017 and Miss International Beauty® 2018. The 22-year-old beauty was also crowded Miss Humanitarian 2019 and advanced to the top 16 final at Miss Planet International 2019 in Campuchia, Cambodia. A humanitarian, Jacqueline arranged several philanthropic trips to help the poor and disadvantaged children each time she returned to Vietnam. She had visited and handed valuable gifts for AIDS children at Mai Hoa Aids Village on Christmas last year. Having a cardiovascular history, she had a heart attack at 1 am on April 8, 2020 in Arizona at the age of 22 and sadly passed away. She was a perfect Miss International Beauty and will be dearly missed! |

MISS INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY® 2017 - EMILEE MILLS Miss International Beauty® 2017 - Emilee Mills is a resident of Concord, NH and is a high honor roll student at Concord High School. Emilee is a member of the Crimson Tide Marching Band, S.O.C.K. Club and recently represented her school at both the state High O’Brien Youth Leadership Conference and HOBY World Congress in Chicago. Several years ago Emilee officially partnered with the California based charity A Million Thanks and has made a personal goal to collect 10,000 letters of thanks for American troops. Emilee is an accomplished dancer and has placed in the top 10 at national dance competitions. Emilee is a licensed NH boater and enjoys jet skiing, stand up paddle boarding and summer life on Lake Winnipesaukee. |
